Natalya (The Nether Queen)
A number of devoted followers in the Temple of Light willingly surrendered themselves to the parasite Poison Fang when the Fallen entered, becoming immortal warriors to defend their sacred place from the Fallen while bearing the eternal and wicked curse.
Poison Fang’s hosts are unkillable, and the parasite can be handed down through generations. The parasite was also present in Natalya, a lineal descendant of these fighters.
The warrior was consumed and his strength was absorbed by the rest of the tribe when one of the tribe became insane due to the overwhelming power. The Temple segregated the tribe in order to generate stronger hosts in order to combat the outside dangers.
The Temple had recently experienced its greatest descendant in Natalya. The Temple even dispatched an emissary with lavish gifts to her coming-of-age ceremony in order to placate her. They were unaware of Natalya’s frustration with the humiliating isolation and her desire to prevent her tribe from going nuts.
I will take on every sin! During the ceremony to end her people’s doomed future, she ate her entire tribe. Natalya displayed her resolve to leave the Temple with her head held high because she was fully aware that the ambitious Temple was the source of the curse.
With the help of curses from the same magical school, Natalya retreated into the shadows and successfully separated from the Poison Fang. She pledged her allegiance to Veera in return. Natalya had the ability to leave a path of destruction in her wake, and Poison Fang was a devoted companion by her side.
