Slimz (The Trustworthy)

Slimz operated in the region bounded by the Forest of Shadows and the Castle of Inception. Like many businessmen, he had always upheld the value of fairness in the marketplace. Slimz proved his fairness by squeezing every last penny out of his business partners once the requirements for a deal were satisfied.

Slimz managed to seize total control of all business dealings in the borderlands while posing as a prosperous merchant. He eventually rose to become the ruler of this murky territory. Slimz saw a financial opportunity after the war started and convinced the weapons expert Moren to construct a Castle of Alchemy in the borderlands. This fortress would be a constant source of arms and gear for fighting men, animals, or anything else that could afford to pay. Slimz was a merchant after all, and he was impartial.

Slimz’s business prospered, and he amassed a staggering fortune, but the war’s reach extended wider and wider. Slimz had the vision to create a private army made up of men, wild animals, and puppets created through alchemy in order to safeguard his fortune and the success of his business. Preyta, the top commander of the Fallen, unfortunately became interested in Slimz’s wealth first. Slimz battled valiantly and even enlisted Omega, the Awoken Mech, for assistance, but he was powerless to prevent the Castle of Alchemy’s demise. His riches, which had taken him years to amass, was destroyed in the course of one night.

In the Forest of Shadows, Slimz entered into a new agreement with Tel’Annas, the Queen of Spirits, in order to regain his wealth and status. Under the terms of the agreement, Tel’Annas would organize forces to retake the Castle of Alchemy while Slimz remained in the Forest of Shadows and guarded it in her absence.
