Shouyue is a premier long-range Marksman in Honor of Kings, specialized in map control and devastating burst damage. Unlike traditional marksmen who rely on rapid-fire basic attacks, Shouyue thrives on precision, positioning, and high physical penetration.
Skill Breakdown
Passive: Accuracy
- The Mechanic: Staying out of combat for 2 seconds grants Ambush stacks (up to 5). Each stack grants 20% Physical Penetration and bonus flat damage.
- The Twist: Basic attacks consume 1 stack, while skill hits consume all 5.
- Scaling: Higher Attack Speed reduces the time needed to gain stacks, while Critical Strike rate converts directly into bonus damage for his skills.
- Tip: Focus on Physical Attack and Penetration items. Use his camouflage near walls to reposition safely.
Skill 1: The Tranquil Eye
- Vision Control: Places a device that reveals a large area for 300 seconds. You can store up to 3 devices. Enemies can deactivate these by standing on them.
- Passive Buff: When near terrain or a device, Shouyue gains Camouflage, bonus Movement Speed, and Attack Speed.
- Tip: Keep your devices in high-traffic bushes to prevent ganks and maintain your damage buffs.
Skill 2: Wild Wind
- Sniping: This is Shouyue’s bread and butter. After a 2-second aim, he fires a massive long-range shot dealing 250% Bonus Physical Attack plus 8% of the target’s Max HP.
- Recharge: Hits with basic attacks reduce the recharge time of your bullets.
