Strengths Veres’ kit specializes in doing the most damage possible, whether it be to a single target or a group of adversaries. When she uses her abilities to hit adversaries, it produces a lot of burst damage and some unexpected utility.
Great Finisher – Thanks to Venom, Veres is particularly dangerous when eliminating heroes with low HP. She can quickly finish off stragglers in team battles.
Weaknesses
Skillshots: Veres has no non-skill abilities. This implies that in order for players to be efficient, they must become familiar with the skill ranges and timings. Because of its uncommon range, Her Bloody Kiss passive in particular requires some skill to make it a potent weapon against foes.
Squishy – Veres, like the majority of assassins, is prone to being on the flimsy side. She is particularly susceptible when the opposition team focuses on her first.
Hero Initial Technique
Laning Technique
Make careful to use your skills frequently and early against your opponent. Try to clip your opponent whenever Bloody Kiss is going to activate and keep up the pressure. Asking your jungler or mid-lane for ganks is the greatest option because Veres performs best when her target’s HP is less than 50%.
Keep an eye out for ganks from the enemy jungler and midlane. To prevent your lane from being overly pushed if you choose to go for a safer laning phase, don’t forget to use your Bloody Kiss to hit the minion wave once it becomes active.
Try to occasionally check the jungle of the opposing team. By doing so, you can alert your squad or perhaps score a few solo kills.
A Leveling-Up Process
First level up Bloody Fangs to gain access to a trustworthy stun. Every time you see an opening, pelt your opponent and deal damage as a result. Serpent’s Embrace is a useful skill for assisting you in pursuing and maintaining focus on your target.
Last but not least, level up Venom whenever you can. Use this as your finishing move against heroes with little HP to dispatch them quickly.
Battle Strategy Solo Fights: Veres performs best when she uses her powers first. As a general rule, get the first hit early and frequently. Due to the increased lifesteal it provides, this will give you stacks of Bloody Kiss, which will help you win the solo battle even more easily. Due to their stuns and slows, Bloody Fangs and Serpent’s Embrace do decent damage and are extremely useful. Vevom is your best weapon; use it when your opponent’s health is about to expire to guarantee the victory.
Side Fights: If you notice that the opposition team has a lot of Control abilities, try to stay as far away from the team battle as you can. Target the low HP carriers and join the fight as soon as your team provides you with an opportunity, whether it’s a nice engage or if they manage to take out one lone survivor. Heroes with little HP can be rapidly eliminated by using Venom on them.
Escape from Battle: Use Bloody Fangs and Serpent’s Embrace to tag your adversaries and stun and slow them. If your Bloody Kiss activates, try to hit the majority of your attackers with it so that you can flee more quickly.
Abilities

Bloody Kiss deals 320.00 (+1.5 AD) physical damage to adjacent foes and gains 12% life steal if an enemy hero is hit (the lower the enemy hero’s HP is, the greater this% is, up to 120%) when it activates at 4 stacks. Bloody Kiss additionally shortens the cooldowns of Venom by two seconds, Bloody Fangs, and Serpent’s Embrace by one second each. Veres may move with a 35% faster speed and is immune to control effects when Bloody Kiss is active.
Veres can engage in combat with both single targets and groups thanks to its passive. Veres is more difficult to kill because to Bloody Kiss’s benefits. Due to this, she is able to survive just long enough to either neutralize the threat or flee.
Bloody Fangs: Veres’ snake divides into two pieces, each of which dashes forward and does 130/180/230/280/330/380 (+0.6 AD) physical damage to any foes in their path. For two seconds, the targets travel at a 50% slower pace. Veres’ go-to talent for the majority of the game, second only to Venom, awards him 1 stack of Serpent’s Blood for each enemy hero he hits. Enemies struck by both snakes are stunned for 1 second. She receives an excellent tormenting tool from Bloody Fangs, who can also save her life on occasion. Its slow and stun mechanic is mostly to blame for this. Veres must be mastered before Bloody Fangs can be used effectively.
Veres tosses her snake in Serpent’s Embrace, drawing in far-off foes while driving away nearer foes. Enemies suffer physical damage worth 85/120/155/190/225/260 (+0.4 AD) and are briefly stunned. For two seconds, their movement speed is likewise 50% slower. Veres receives 1 stack of Serpent’s Blood for each enemy hero hit.
Serpent’s Embrace has a strong sticking power. Land this on high priority targets to prevent them from fleeing without taking significant damage.
Veres sprints to the target area and orders her snake to split and surface, dealing opponents in a frontal cone area 300/450/600(+12/16/20% (+4 every skill level)(+1% of AD) of the target’s lost HP)true damage. Veres enters Enrage, increasing her attack speed by 30/45/60%, attack damage by 150/250/350, and armor piercing by 15/25/35%, for a duration of 4 seconds, whenever an opponent hero is damaged (10 seconds if an enemy hero is killed). The bonuses it grants her after utilizing it and taking out a target make her even more powerful. She may easily wipe out the enemy squad when employed properly, such in a team battle.
How to Disprove Veres
When fighting Veres, go either within or outside of the circle to avoid being attacked by Bloody Kiss. This will stop her from gaining the boosts and taking control of the battle. You must also constantly move around the lane to avoid her Bloody Fangs and Serpent’s Embrace attacks.
When Veres is stunned or silenced, she becomes vulnerable. Prior to any team fight starting, make sure to eliminate her so the opposite side won’t have a person to end a conflict.
Veres gains more power from Hero Arcana Onslaught to engage in single-target combat throughout the laning phase and eliminate carry as the game continues.
Veres feels more like an assassin in Guerrilla because to increased movement and attack speed, ganking lanes and striking quickly.
Skewer enhances Onslaught by giving Veres extra damage and armor pierce so that she may quickly take out her foes.
Champion Counters
Tank
Tanks are difficult for Veres to defeat due of their strong health and crowd control. These effectively negate her ability to initiate contact. Unless your squad is advancing together to gank them or they have extremely low HP, stay away from combat with them.
Except for those that can control crowds, Warrior Warriors are a little easier for Veres to handle. When laning a warrior, she must employ a balanced strategy while attempting to deplete their HP to gain the upper hand.
Assassin
Since Veres herself is an assassin, she knows how important it is to strike first when dealing with other assassins. As a result, you should wait for a chance to overwhelm them without giving them a chance to strike back. This is where Veres’ abilities shine because the majority of them contain a stun or slow to assist you quickly shift the battle in your favor. Before attacking another assassin, wait for a level advantage or a window of weakness to present themselves.
Mage Veres enjoys eliminating other mages. Good Veres players can stay close to their targets to get the kill because the majority of mages have feeble escape measures. Mages, however, have the advantage over Veres, particularly if they can delay or stun her into place.
Marksman
Veres can dispatch shooters with ease, just like Mages can, if she gets close. Being carriers, marksmen frequently have little escape options when an assassin approaches.
Support Supports, especially ones with control abilities, can cause problems for Veres. Prioritize the carries, but keep in mind that a support may continue fights in the enemy’s favor.
