Key Items
To play Airi as effectively as possible, these things are required. Only very experienced players or those with compelling justifications should deviate from a core item.

Airi receives a multitude of defensive stats from the Frost cape, as well as a very helpful passive. Airi will be able to trap opponents on the battlefield as she removes their health with the aid of the slows it provides each time she uses an ability, including all three charges of Shadow.

A great source of both offensive and defensive power is the spear of Longinus. Each time the adversary is damaged by the user, a piece of their armor is torn away, making them more vulnerable to attack from Airi or her allies. Moreover, it reduces cooldowns, enabling her to utilize her abilities much more frequently. This is especially effective against Airi, who lacks mana. The item provides the most Health on the defensive side of things.

Typical Item Builds

When playing the dark slayer lane, Airi should have a bruiser-like build. In order to represent this, we gave Airi a number of both offensive and defensive benefits in this group of combination items. Airi benefits from the Mantle of Ra, the Frost Cape, and the Spear of Longinus in keeping both her skin and her blades sharp. We take one defensive and one offensive item to complete the build off, keeping the balance in the pure items as well. Yet, they are both extremely potent weapons, with Fenrir’s Tooth providing a lot of firepower and Medallion of Troy providing a lot of protective strength against mages.

This build concentrates on Airi’s firepower so that she can rapidly dispatch anyone she encounters in the jungle, taking a more offensive mindset. With powerful weapons at her disposal like Soulreaver, Rankbreaker, and Fenrir’s Tooth, she will have a significant increase in attack damage. When creating these things, Airi will also have the coveted 40% CDR, maximizing the utilization of her skills. She must exercise caution, though, as while the Frost Cape and Spear of Longinus give her a small amount of defense, she will rely nearly entirely on her mobility to survive battles.

This jungle build transforms Airi into a fairly tough bruiser in contrast to the other jungle build. Every time the graceful assassin goes too close, the pervy chumps, the double burn from Leviathan and Mantle of Ra makes opponents hot and bothered. Together with their attacking advantages, Spear of Longinus, Frost Cape, and Mantle of Ra each provide some defensive advantages, primarily in the form of armor. Armor is one of the most important items she may acquire defensively, as her major concern when zipping up close to enemy heroes would be the warriors who can take her damage and deal out their own. The construct is completed by Medallion of Troy, which protects the ninja from being extremely vulnerable to mages.
