To play Roxie effectively, it’s essential to use core items, and only experienced players or those with valid reasons should deviate from them.

Frosty’s Revenge, despite seeming to contradict her fiery nature, is an invaluable item for Roxie as it slows enemies caught within her flames, improving her movement speed and offering additional health.

As a tank who initiates ganks and team fights, Roxie needs as much durability as possible, making Gaia’s Standard a must-have item due to its magic defense, HP boost, and restorative passive.

There are various item build options for Roxie. The first build focuses on physical teams, using Aegis and Mail of Pain to punish marksmen and other ranged attackers while also providing armor alongside Gaia’s Standard’s magic defense and health bonuses. Soaring Aura adds some offensive power to the build and helps keep Roxie relevant in the late game.

The second build uses Leviathan to increase Roxie’s burn damage and health, amplifying the health bonuses provided by Amulet of Longevity, Gaia’s Standard, and Frosty’s Revenge. However, Leviathan is not recommended for jungle play and is best used in a solo lane.

The third build is more of a gimmick but can deal significant damage. It stacks Leviathan and Mantle of Ra with Wild Fire to inflict 495 damage per second to enemies caught in all three burning areas.
